Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging if applicable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to process through your bank or payment provider.

Custom, altered, resized, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order may already be packed or shipped and cannot be guaranteed.
